I denne video fortæller jeg om en applikation vi har lavet til dette semesters projekt, hvor vi skal bruge realistisk data til at bygge et netværks kort over Danmark (eller så meget vi kan få). Vi har lavet en Android applikation med navn Network Mapping (play.google.com som vi ønsker at få installeret på så mange mobile enheder som muligt. Det fungerer ved at applikationen hver 5. min tester internet kvaliteten, og sender resultatet anonymt til os. Vi opbygger så en database over alle målingerne, og kan bygge et kort over netværket baseret på tid, sted, teknologi osv. Det er utrolig vigtigt at have mange frivillige til at hjælpe os for at indsamle dataen, da vi kun har cirka 14 dage til at indsamle det. Vi håber derfor du vil hjælpe os med at installere denne app, og have den kørende resten af marts måned. Det er super fedt at bygge sådan en applikation som værktøj til ens projekt, da vi samtidig skal tænke over hvordan det vil fungerer når der er mange brugere samtidig og hvordan vi sikre det fungere på alle mulige telefoner. Og vi har selvfølgleig også haft mulighed for at lege lidt med det – hver gang en bruger sender en måling til os, har vi en computer i grupperummet som siger laser-lyde Altid sjovt at lege med netværk
